Create Your Account

Open talkchief.io/en/register in your browser and complete the sign-up form. Your 7-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card is needed. Once you confirm your email address, you’ll land inside your new TalkChief workspace.

Choose Your Phone Number

In the workspace, navigate to Phone Numbers and select Add Number. You can choose from:
  • Local numbers — a number with a regional area code in your country
  • Toll-free numbers — let callers reach you at no cost to them
  • International numbers — coverage across 90+ countries, including direct GCC and KSA connectivity
Pick the number type that suits your business, select your preferred country and area, and confirm. The number is active immediately.

Configure Business Hours

Head to Settings → Business Hours and define when your number should accept calls. For each day of the week you can:
  • Set a custom open/close time window
  • Mark the day as closed
  • Choose what happens outside hours — send callers to voicemail, play a custom message, or forward to another number
Accurate business hours ensure callers always receive a professional experience, even when your team is offline.

Download the App

Prefer not to install anything? You can also make and receive calls directly from the browser workspace — no download required.Sign in with the same credentials you used to register, and your phone number will appear automatically.

Make Your First Call

Open the app (or the browser workspace) and locate the Dialpad. Enter any phone number and press Call. Your assigned TalkChief number appears as the caller ID on the recipient’s phone.To receive a call, simply ensure the app is running and your status is set to Available. Incoming calls ring on all your connected devices simultaneously.
Try calling your own mobile phone first to confirm audio quality and verify that your caller ID displays correctly.
