# CRM Integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and More

> Connect TalkChief to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Powerlink, or Comeunity for click-to-call, automatic call logging, and contact pop-up on inbound calls.

CRM integrations close the loop between your calling activity and your customer data. When TalkChief is connected to your CRM, your team can dial contacts without leaving the CRM, inbound calls automatically surface the right contact record, and every call — its duration, direction, and outcome — is written back to the CRM without any manual input. The result is a complete, accurate call history on every contact record and fewer data gaps in your pipeline.

## What CRM Integrations Do

TalkChief CRM integrations deliver four core capabilities across all supported platforms:

1. **Click-to-call** — Dial any contact directly from their CRM record. Click a phone number in a deal, contact, or ticket and TalkChief places the call immediately, with no need to type the number manually.

2. **Automatic call logging** — Every call is written to the contact or deal record in your CRM as soon as it ends. Duration, timestamp, direction (inbound or outbound), and the TalkChief user who handled the call are recorded automatically.

3. **Contact screen pop** — When a known number calls in, TalkChief identifies the caller and opens the matching CRM record in your browser before you even answer. Your team greets every caller by name with full context already on screen.

4. **Call outcome sync** — At the end of a call, log the result — connected, left voicemail, follow-up needed, and other outcomes — directly from the TalkChief interface. That outcome is synced back to the CRM record so your pipeline data stays accurate.

## Supported CRMs

### HubSpot

Calls handled through TalkChief are logged as activities on the HubSpot contact timeline. When a contact calls in, the matching HubSpot record opens so your team has full context before the conversation begins. You can also start outbound calls with one click from a HubSpot contact.

### Pipedrive

TalkChief connects to Pipedrive deals and contact records. Click a phone number in Pipedrive to place the call through TalkChief, and the completed call is logged to the Pipedrive activity feed with its duration.

### Zoho CRM and Zoho PhoneBridge

TalkChief offers two Zoho connections. **Zoho** syncs your call activity to Zoho CRM records. **Zoho PhoneBridge** lets your team place and receive TalkChief calls from inside Zoho CRM, with the caller's record opening automatically. For more on what the Zoho integration covers, visit [TalkChief for Zoho](https://talkchief.io/talkchief-for-zoho).

### Powerlink

The Powerlink integration keeps your Powerlink customer records and TalkChief call activity in sync, so every call appears on the right account without manual entry.

### Comeunity

The Comeunity integration syncs TalkChief call activity with your Comeunity CRM records, giving your team one place to see each customer's call history.

<Note>
  Exact capabilities — such as which call fields are synced, whether screen pop is available, and which call outcomes can be logged — vary by CRM platform and your TalkChief plan. Refer to the CRM-specific section above or contact TalkChief support if a specific capability is not behaving as expected.
</Note>

<Tip>
  If you need to trigger calls programmatically — for example, from a custom internal tool, an automation workflow, or a platform not listed here — see the [Click-to-Call API](/developers/click-to-call) documentation. The API lets you initiate a TalkChief call from any system that can make an HTTP request.
